COMSERV: |
COMSERV can determine the current location of an individual using our Automated Location Information Account System (ALIAS) service. ALIAS has many uses such as helping to eliminate the fiduciary responsibility of maintaining funds for persons that are entitled to a benefit but are unable to be located, satisfying the FDA requirement for maintaining a current address on your customers, locating the parent for child support cases, genealogy and research studies, skip tracing, next of kin, legal requirements, and can provide evidence that due-diligence was utilized to locate the person. ALIAS surpasses our client’s expectations due to the quality and integrity of our information, timely turnaround, information guarantee, cost effectiveness, hardcopy and/or electronic results, courteous service, and over 26 years of experience. Availability The ALIAS investigation is available on an “ad hoc” basis. There are no cumbersome applications or intrusive review processes required to utilize the ALIAS service. To obtain the best results, COMSERV needs all available information on the person(s) to be located. This information includes the social security number, name, date of birth and any old address information. COMSERV will accept virtually any type of magnetic media (e.g. floppy disk, tape, CD, databases, spreadsheets, e-mail) and/or hardcopy for the ALIAS investigation. Please include the contact information of the person most familiar with the method of formatting used. COMSERV can provide an Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet template for entering and submitting your information on the person(s) to be located. Pricing The cost per person is based on the number of records to investigate, and the extent of the investigation. The cost is only incurred if 1) the person is found to be deceased, 2) a new address is developed, or 3) the person is verified residing at the address you provided. Turnaround Time The turnaround time for the ALIAS investigation is approximately 3-5 business days. However, this may vary due to the number of records being processed or resource scheduling. Information Security The COMSERV Secure File Transfer System (CSFTS) is available for securely sending and receiving any file. This secure system provides authorized COMSERV customers the capability to exchange any type of file using an encrypted and authenticated web-based interface. A customer must obtain CSFTS access credentials from a COMSERV representative before utilzing the CSFTS. Information Quality COMSERV uses multiple resources to develop high-quality, dependable address information. We do not use the Social Security Administration (SSA) Employee Verification System (EVS) to locate a person. We know that a single address information resource is not enough. The ALIAS research team has over 26-years of experience analyzing multiple sources of information to determine the best address available. Information Guarantee The accuracy of the information developed from the ALIAS investigation is guaranteed for sixty (60) days, if the developed information is used exactly as provided. This information guarantee means that if an anomaly is discovered with the address information that COMSERV develops within the allotted time, send us a copy of the returned mail and we will attempt to find updated information, or refund the record cost. It's just that simple! No gimmicks, no tricks, no hype. Just a straight-forward guarantee offered with one purpose in mind - to demonstrate our confidence in our abilities, our honest intentions, and to help you feel confident and secure when using our ALIAS services. Confidentiality All information submitted to COMSERV is held in the strictest confidence and is not used for any purpose other than directed. We do not send your sensitive and valued information to any Government agency for letter forwarding, or verification. Reporting COMSERV returns all ALIAS information to you in our standard report. COMSERV can return the ALIAS results in a formatted ASCII file, Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet, or a custom report that meets your specific requirements.
Mailing Labels COMSERV also offers mailing labels, printing and mailing services. Using all, or selected addresses developed from the ALIAS investigation, we can 1) return a formatted Adobe Reader document, which can be used to print various types of Avery mailing label stock on an ink-jet and laser printer.
